  Every condo Three bedrooms and two baths. Just built so they are all new. One section is under construction so there is some big equipment traffic. Townhomes are nice but making changes to the plans is expensive or not possible.
  
  Nice amenities, pool, exercise room, pool table, club house with large screen tv. Only one crossover to the beach, though two more are promised.
